Founder and CEO, Evan Buckland, has spent a career studying water and geomorphology internationally from Peru, Nepal, India, Pakistan, and British Columbia as well as covering all of California's diverse landscape.
Evan is an accomplished hydrologist with over 18 years of experience in the fields of hydrology and geomorphology as well as water management. During his career, Evan studied various river systems throughout Northern California and the Bay Delta with a focus on analyzing and enhancing hydrologic and geomorphic processes of watersheds impacted by agricultural and urban development. Evan specializes in performing hydraulic and hydrologic analyses, water quality modeling, systems modeling, long term water supply planning and employing standard field techniques.
